Sally started this business in 1994 and has developed and grown it into a well-respected, leading recruitment consultancy. Prior to that she was in the recruitment industry for 4 years in Durban and also worked for a talent acquisition company in the West End of London for a year. She is still actively involved in running her business. Sally’s experience and knowledge of the recruitment industry plays a large part in the team’s success. Sally Ingham (AIPSC) – Owner.
Kathy started with Sally Ingham as a consultant in January 1998. Her many years of commitment to this business show in her vast knowledge of recruitment both from a business and candidate perspective. Her absolute professionalism and incredible assessment and judgement skills have enabled her to build an exceptionally strong client and applicant base. Angela Marx – Angela joined us as a Consultant in April 2017. She started her career in a business environment and then spent a few years travelling abroad. On her return to Durban she started and ran her own wedding and décor company. Angela then decided to return to the corporate world and has settled into the Recruitment industry with Sally Ingham & Associates extremely well, always demonstrating a high level of professionalism . Working and dealing with people is most definitely her passion, enabling her to analyse and match client requirements with suitable candidates with ease and making her an integral part of our company.
Rochelle joined Sally Ingham and Associates in June 2017. After completing her tertiary education in Public Relations Rochelle solidified her education by working in the events world for the following 4 years. She gained vast experience and knowledge in dealing with people from all arenas and it was this love for communications that lead her to find her real passion in the recruitment industry. Megan is an active and vital member of our team. Not only does she fulfil the role of office administrator, she is also the back up and support to our recruitment consultants as well as offering critical frontline communication and support to both our clients and applicants.
